DASHBOARD

This interface contains the following modules below:

• Patients: In this module the administrator can view all the patients registered to the institution. A statistical function is also embedded in this module that provides a detailed breakdown of patients who visited the hospital on the basis of their specific diagnosis. This information is particularly important for research and administrative purposes.
• Doctors: This displays all the information of the doctor on the system. You can also add doctors through this interface. Pharmacy: Through the interface the admin can add stock, view stock, add category and also clear patient prescriptions. This module contains interfaces, processes and data for the pharmacy. This module will provide interactions with other departments on drug availability,costs of drugs, expirations, etc. Blood Bank: Through this platform you can view blood type, add donor and handle sales transactions.
• Payment: This interface handles processing of invoices and receipts for card opening, consultation fee, prescriptions, blood and admissions. A statistical function is embedded in this module, this essentially keeps track of the hospitals income and expenditure. And it can be filtered either by weeks, month or year.
• Admission: Patient Admission processing environment. Patients placed on admission by doctors are found here and processed. New wards and beds in the hospital can also be added here. Appointment: This interface displays all the patients on admission. The doctor can also create case notes through this module where he prescribes drugs, blood and injection to the patient in the patient case sheets. In the doctors' case note, the ICD-11 functionality is embedded that enables the doctor input the specific WHO code of particular diagnosis in the case note.
• Prescription: this contains interfaces, processes and data for items (including drugs) used prescribed for patients by Doctors. Manage Report: this module handles documentation of birth, death, diagnostic and other reports.
• Diagnostic Report: this module contains reports that has to radiological scans and other activities can be uploaded here.Noticeboard: Messages can be broadcasted to everyone in the organization by the admin of the hospital. Messages can be targeted to departments, particular member of staff and individuals.
• Backup: This module handles backup of the hospitals various records and information to prevent sudden data loss or during system maintenance. Settings: This interface displays ac details, address and other details. This information can al edited by the admin.

DEPARTMENT

In this module, the admin can customize their hospital by adding the various departments that exist within that particular hospital.

USERS

The admin can add various members of staff that fall into the following user category within the hospital. Users available on WazobiaTM include Patient, Doctor, Nurses, Pharmacist, Laboratorist and Accountant.

MONITOR HOSPITAL

This helps the admin monitor and keep tracks of the activities of the all users of the system and the time stamps of their activities.

SETTINGS

This is where the admin of the hospital can alter settings in the hospital like username, password and profile picture of that particular hospital.

MESSAGE

It is an instant messaging functionality built into system to enable patients, staff and admin seemingly communicate with each other. Message is sent from one party and deliver to the other person in real time.

REFERRAL
